Club on Lookout Mountain.
At about 1970 I entered Anderl's Ski Shop @ Josephine & Colfax in
Denver. He had brochures on the counter for a ski area/condo
development west & north of the Mount Vernon Country Club. We
chatted about their interest in attracting investors. [At the time $15 lift
tickets were my only indulgence.] Anderl had been a racer and was
somewhat well known. The area was never developed. Snow is really
not reliable on Lookout Mountain.
