Facilities: warming hut
History: This is the only ski area in Colorado to close due to too much
snow! The area was located at Muddy Pass, right past Rabbit Ears
Pass on US 40 going to Steamboat (or 27 miles north of Kremmling).
The area offered a $70 lifetime season pass, which did not pay off for
buyers. Snow was so abundant at this area that their plow truck had a
difficult time keeping the access road plowed. Attendance was also
low during their operation period.
